Can I be featured on your social media? 

Yes! We'd love to. Go ahead and email us the pictures at contact@bakwaasapparel.com with your order number and your social media handle. 



What kind of sizing is the apparel?

All our products are unisex. We recommend getting sizes you're normally used to wearing. If you have specific questions please email us at contact@bakwaasapparel.com.

Do the products look exactly like the mock ups?

No, the mock ups are computer generated but they should be fairly close to the mock ups. Some minor difference could be sizing of the design on the apparel and color accuracy. However, in many cases we will add pictures modeling the design. 


How long does it take to process the order?

It takes up to 7-10 business days for the order to process, but typically it should be processed much faster. You will get a shipping confirmation email once it's done processing. Please be patient during Holiday times, we have your order if you got the order confirmation email. 

Can I edit my order?

Yes, you can edit your order within 24 hours of the purchase. Please contact us at contact@bakwaasapparel.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase. 

You cannot cancel an order if the items are on sale or discounted. All sales are final!

Do I have to pay any custom and import charges on International Orders?

Yes, unfortunately once it is shipped we have no control over it. The recipient of the order must pay any additional cost related to custom or import if asked by the shipping service.

Do I have to pay any taxes at checkout?

Yes, during checkout taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address. 



How long does shipping take?

For USA and EU, it usually takes 3-7 business days after an order has been processed and shipping confirmation email has been sent out. 

For CA, AU and the rest of the world it can take up to 10-20 business days after an order has been processed. 

What if I never received my package?

Give it the time it states in your shipping confirmation email. It should arrive within that time frame. If not, please contact us at contact@bakwaasapparel.com and we'll make sure everything is taken care of from our end!



What is your return policy?

Our return policy is up to 30 days. However, the item needs to be in its original sealed packaging and unused. The return address is usually listed on the packing slip inside the package. 

Sale items are not returnable.

For hygienic reasons, socks, beanies and hats cannot be returned.

What happens if I received a damaged product or the wrong product?

If a product you received is damaged during shipment, we can send a replacement right away.

Please email us at contact@bakwaasapparel.com with pictures and a detailed description within 72 hours of the package delivery. 

How are the refunds processed? 

You get an email about your return. The payment is refunded within 2-3 business days to your account.
